What do I get for $49 a month?
Your own website, built for you, with online booking, payments when clients book, all your clients in one place, and a business phone number with 100 free texts a month. It is one plan, not a list of add-ons.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is $0. We build your site and set up your booking and payments for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
Less than a week. We build the site, set up booking and connect payments, and then you are ready to take bookings.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
Yes, a platform fee of up to 1.5% per transaction, plus Stripe's standard processing fees. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account.
Do I get a phone number for texting clients?
Yes. You get your own business number to text clients from, and client replies come into your Vault. 100 texts a month are free. After that, texts are 3 cents each from credit you add, and a long text can count as two. Your number can start texting once the phone carriers approve it, which can take more than a week. That wait is set by the carriers, not by us, and your website, booking and payments go live without it.
Am I locked in?
No. You can cancel any time. Your domain and your client data stay yours, and you can export all of your data. The website we built, the Vault software and the business phone number stay with us.
