One coaching business. Seven different places to run it.

Why we exist

The best coaches are running real businesses with no real business tools.

Walk into any gym, field, or court and you'll find someone who is world-class at what they do. Athletes drive across the county. Parents spread the word. Results are real. And that same coach is texting booking requests at midnight, chasing Venmo on Sunday, and rebuilding their roster from memory every single season.

The franchise down the block has a website, a booking system, memberships, and a front desk. Not because they coach better. Because they could afford the infrastructure. That gap has nothing to do with talent. It has everything to do with access.

CoachesVault exists to close it. We give the independent coach the same operating system a real business runs on. The website, the payments, the athlete records, the back office, built and maintained for them, so the size of their setup finally matches the size of their talent.

Our vision

A world where every great coach can build a great business.

We're building toward a future where independent coaches don't have to choose between coaching more and running their business better. Where the barrier to building a real coaching business isn't money, time, or technical skill. It's just whether you're great at coaching.

When coaches have the infrastructure they deserve, they coach more, they grow faster, and they reach athletes who need them. That's the world we're building.

What we believe

The principles we build everything around.

01

Coaches change lives

We've seen it firsthand. The right coach at the right time can change the entire direction of someone's story. The best thing we can do for athletes is make their coaches better equipped. A coach with more time and less friction coaches better.

02

The infrastructure should match the talent

Independent coaches deserve the same tools the big franchises run on. Not a watered-down version, not a DIY workaround. A real operating system, built and run for them.

03

Your business, your athletes

We don't want your athletes to know we exist. We want them to feel like they're with you, because every message, reminder, and payment looks, sounds, and works like it came from you. Because it did.

04

Honest, always

We only show what's real and only promise what we can keep. No fake numbers, no dark patterns, no locking your business or your athletes' data away from you. Your data is yours on day one and the day you leave.

How we help

We take the business off your plate.

Site

We build your website

A professional site designed and maintained around your brand. No templates, no code, no site builder. It works around the clock to turn a parent who found you on Google into a booked, paid athlete.

Money

We run your payments

Cards on file, automatic charges, deposits, memberships, and daily payouts through Stripe. Paid before the session, straight to your account. No more chasing money you already earned.

Roster

We remember every client

One record per athlete. Bookings, history, notes, lifetime value, conversations, so nothing slips, no one gets forgotten, and your best clients always feel like your priority.

Office

We give you a back office

Reporting, reconciliation, reminders, and alerts. Handled. The back office of a real company, without the overhead. You stop being the glue and start being the coach.

Our promise

When coaches win,athletes win.

We're not a charity. We're a company, and we're upfront about that. But we built CoachesVault so we only grow when you do. Our success is measured by your schedule filling, your revenue climbing, and your time opening back up. Not by locking you in or finding new ways to charge for what you've already earned.

That's the honest version of alignment: our incentives point the same direction as yours, every day. When a coach keeps an athlete another season, finally goes full-time, or reaches the athlete they never could have reached before. That is the win we're chasing.

Built for coaches, by coaches. That's not a tagline. It's the entire business model.

Built for coaches, by coaches.

From the founder

I coach track. Private sessions, mostly around Worcester, Massachusetts. Before any of this, I was a hurdler at a D2 school.

Sophomore year was rock bottom. I DNF'd three meets. Didn't even finish. Then I got hurt two weeks before outdoor conference and DNF'd there too. I was so embarrassed, and I told myself I never wanted to feel like that again. So I finally took everything my coaches had been telling me and went all in. My life is on me. If I don't like the position I'm in, that's my fault, and nobody is coming to fix it for me. I had to get my ass up and work.

That same year I started selling life insurance, and I noticed something. The same stuff that was pulling me out of that hole on the track was what made me good at sales. Showing up when you don't feel like it. Pushing through when you're exhausted. Sports wasn't just a game. It was teaching me how to live.

When I started coaching four years ago, I had nothing. Texts and Venmo. No set prices. Every time someone asked what I charged, I felt like a kid making it up. I cared about my athletes so much, but I didn't feel like a real coach. I felt unprofessional, and I was overwhelmed all the time.

The first people I told were another coach and my dad. My dad has been grinding out private lessons for years. When he looked at me and said this was a good idea, that hit different.

Then I started talking to more coaches. Same story every single time. Amazing coaches changing kids' lives, and the business is a mess of texts, Venmo requests, and notes on their phone. That's not right.

So I'm building it. Not for the money. Way too many companies put profit first and people second, and I refuse to be another one. I want good coaches to finally look as professional as they really are, at a price they can actually afford. And I want every kid and parent on the other side to feel like their coach has it together and genuinely cares about them.

I'm where I am because my coaches said the right things to me when I needed them, even if it took rock bottom for it to sink in. Every coach out there has the chance to do that for some kid. I never want the business side to be the thing that gets in the way.
