Should I charge more for session packs or memberships?

Charge slightly less per session inside a pack or membership, not more. You're trading a small discount for prepaid commitment and predictable revenue. A common structure is roughly 5% off a 5-pack, 10% off a 10-pack, and a deeper monthly rate for recurring memberships. The win isn't the discount; it's that the money is collected up front and the athlete is committed to showing up.

How do I raise my rates without losing clients?

Give 30 days' notice, grandfather your most loyal clients for a set period, and frame the increase around what they get, not your costs. Most coaches find that a modest, well-communicated increase loses almost no one, because the clients who value results were never price-shopping. Locking new clients into prepaid packs at the new rate makes the change stick.
