- How much does CoachesVault cost?
- CoachesVault is one plan at $49 per month. It includes the coach's professional website, online booking for private, group, and drop-in sessions, card and bank payments, session packs and memberships, and an athlete CRM — all built and maintained for the coach.
- Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
- No. There is no setup fee and no lock-in. A coach can cancel any time and keep their brand, domain, and client data.
- Does CoachesVault take a percentage of a coach's revenue?
- A small platform fee: 1.5% or less on payments processed through the coach's site, and it gets lower as the business grows. There is no marketplace commission — the athletes are the coach's — and payments settle straight into the coach's own account rather than being held by CoachesVault.
- What's included in the plan?
- Everything is included in the one plan, not sold as add-ons: a built-and-maintained website, booking for private, group, and drop-in sessions, card and bank payments, session packs and memberships that bill themselves, an athlete CRM, and automated reminders, receipts, and reporting.
- Are there payment processing fees?
- Yes. Card and bank payments are processed through Stripe at Stripe's standard rates, and CoachesVault charges a platform fee of 1.5% or less on those payments, tiered down as volume grows. The exact rate for a coach's account is in the service agreement at signup, before the coach takes a single payment.
